• T2 (Verified Email): Confirmed email, forum reading access
• T3 (Phone Verified): Phone verification, content creation enabled
• T4+ (Advanced): Higher tier exclusive content and features

3.2 Account Requirements

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, create an account, or access our platform
• Global Compliance: This 18+ requirement ensures compliance with international regulations and provides a consistent experience for our worldwide user base
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

5. Virtual Economy and Currency

5.1 Virtual Currencies

Celestium (Premium Currency):

• Purchased with real money through secure payment processors
• Used for premium features, exclusive content, and enhanced experiences
• Cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other users
• No refunds once delivered and used
• Balance may be subject to expiration or reset under exceptional circumstances

Argentum and Aurum (In-Game Currencies):

• Earned through gameplay, activities, and community participation
• Virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the platform
• Used for in-game purchases, avatar customization, and platform activities
• We may adjust currency values or reset balances if necessary

5.3 Virtual Goods and Achievements

• All virtual items and achievements remain our property
• No real-world ownership rights are granted
• Items may be modified or removed at our discretion
• No compensation for lost or modified virtual goods

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

• All platform content, games, and materials are our intellectual property

Services Subject to Withdrawal Right:

• Ongoing subscription services (before service begins)
• Digital content not yet delivered
• Withdrawal period starts from contract conclusion

• Refunds processed within 14 days of withdrawal

Digital Goods - NO Withdrawal Right:

• Celestium: Once purchased and delivered to your account, NO withdrawal right applies
• Virtual Items: Immediately delivered digital goods cannot be returned
• Legal Basis: EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m) - digital content delivered immediately with express consumer consent
• Your Consent: By purchasing Celestium or virtual items, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you lose your right of withdrawal

Why No Withdrawal for Digital Currency:

• Celestium is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
• Digital currency purchases are consumable and immediately accessible
• This follows standard industry practice for virtual currencies
• Express consent waives withdrawal rights as permitted by EU law

14.2 Consumer Protection

• Statutory warranty rights apply to paid services where applicable
• Nothing in these Terms limits your other statutory consumer rights
• Alternative dispute resolution available through consumer centers
• Right to fair refund for service failures or non-delivery
